💡 Halogen Equivalent Landscape Lighting: Non-Dimmable for Brilliant Outdoor Illumination Review

I ordered these to replace my Volt GU4-35-27 landscape light. I measured first and while they are not 100% identical in size, they fit and work. My previous volt bulbs clearly had an expiry date, as 3 individual bulbs went out immediately after a year. These are MUCH cheaper so I would be very happy if they lasted more than a year.

These bulbs are just too big for our pathway lighting. They do not correspond to the stated size. From what I understand they are about 1/4 inch taller, which prevents the light shade and lamp base from being screwed back on. The actual distance between the elements matches the lamp and the light emitted seems to be good. Too big to reattach the screen element and cap Attention!

I use these for landscape lighting and they are brighter than the 20 watt halogen bulbs they replaced. They're a lot bigger, so check the dimensions if your device is tight on space. The color of the light is a nice warm white, not bluish or a weird greenish yellow like some LEDs called warm white.
