I like that they are very thorough when it comes to doing our taxes each year. They also do all of my payroll for me which makes life easier! Their customer service department can be slow at times but not terrible. The software we use (QuickBooks) sometimes doesn't work right or has errors so you have to call them out every time this happens. It's just something about Quickbooks that isn't great.
