If you are looking for a simple desk chair but are small, this is the one for you. It's pretty comfortable, but sturdy and easy to assemble. One screw didn't line up with the pre-drilled holes so the screw isn't fully seated, but I'm not bumping into chairs so it should be fine. The incline works well, as does the lift. Do not buy the chair as a "gaming" chair. The seat is hard and large, so the lumbar support doesn't help you. Comfortable chair. It was very easy to assemble. It took 15-20 minutes per person.
