It works, but clearly a cheap chair with poor quality parts.
The base of the chair has a lot of play. As you sit, you can rock the chair and hear the pieces pop and click. The slanted hinge doesn't fit properly and looks like it's about to fail. I've had the chair for 3 days now and already feel robbed. This is a $70 chair made to $40 standards. It may stop clicking and clicking over time, but will most likely get weaker still. I really do not recommend buying this chair. -- edit -- after 2 months many clicks and pops stopped but it's still very loose and poorly constructed. I'll leave my rating as it is. If it were cheaper I would raise my rating.
