Hamilton Adjustable Collar Brushed Hardware Review

Based on my observations, this collar hardware is not suitable for active dogs. The adjustable feature is not secure enough to withstand the regular wear and tear of outdoor activity. While the brushed hardware gives an attractive look, it is not durable enough to withstand heavier use. Sadly, I will have to look elsewhere for sturdy pet supplies.

I bought two of these 5/8 inch collars for my Miniature Schnauzer and Italian Greyhound and they are perfect. I bought these because they are a really good price but I think they will last quite a while. I was initially a little wary of the design and how the metal wraps around the plastic clasp, but that doesn't seem to be an issue. I will definitely buy them in the future!

Very cute and inexpensive. The colors are very vibrant and despite our pup's best efforts and constant mud rolling, he is holding up very well. The only downside is that it's a bit difficult to get there. The buckle goes through a metal ring which is good for extra security but uncomfortable if you have large tags or a very wavy pup. It will soon outgrow it, but for what we paid and the quality, I would buy it again.
