Works very well. Arrived with a large dent, but Revain's customer service did not disappoint.

We did a lot of research before purchasing this toaster. You'd be surprised how many bad things people can say about a toaster. This tool has great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Fry very well and evenly. Relatively cool outside and when toasting. However, he had a huge dent all over his body on one side. Wanted to exchange it for a new one but Revain customer service handled it very well as always! We opted for a partial refund so as not to wait a few more days without a toaster. In…

Works well, good price.

Better than my previous toaster which toasted so unevenly that I always had to take out the 'finished' slice, flip it and put it back in to toast the undercooked side (if you follow that !) The only thing I don't care is that the default temperature control is apparently 4. Every time I toast a slice I have to set it to 5 (I like it a little darker). I would like it to default to 5 instead of manually setting it each time. Maybe the instructions will tell, but I'm one of those people who think…

Works with ovens and toasters

I've had this toaster for a little over a month. So far, so good. This is a nice toaster and appears to be well built. I didn't want to take the risk with a non-brand name. I'm not sure if it matters these days, but I felt more comfortable working for a company with a notoriously positive reputation. All functions work as advertised. The bagel function works well. A very useful feature is the ability to push fried food past the normal setting position. I used to have to use a knife to clip food
