This grinder is great for lots of coffee and I've tested it with 4 and 14 cups. He is calm and smooth. I love that I can start the mill and do something else while it's running; You don't need to hold down the button while working. The cut is uniform throughout. We have used the predecessor to the Hamilton Beach model 80393 for many years. We loved it!
