The filter basket is broken. The coffee pot is basically unusable. Mostly cheap and poor quality. Avoid. Oddly, they offer a 5 year warranty in Canada but only 1 year in the US.

Very easy to use. If you like more flavored coffee, I recommend adding an extra tablespoon of coffee and pressing BOLD in the settings. 1 cup water / 1 tablespoon coffee Doesn't take up much space and looks nice.

I bought this from Target today. Hot water is thrown out in all directions when cleaning, causing minor burns to hands if within reach of the machine. The first kettle with brewed coffee didn't make it. So be careful when cleaning. The real test will be in the morning when I use the programming function. I will update later

Purchased from Target. Has great programs and the ability to set it up for the morning which is great. The downside is that it took 25 minutes to make a 12 cup pot (I timed it). If you don't mind waiting in the morning when you don't use a timer, buy another brand.

I bought this from Target and it makes great coffee. I'm deducting a star because I have to bend the shower head handle to get it over the rim of the basket. The basket has a raised edge right where it blocks the shower head for some reason. I'm probably doing something wrong, but the instruction manual doesn't mention any disability.

This pot hasn't kept the coffee hot since day one. I always have to put my coffee mug in the microwave to warm it up, and when I'm making coffee, the steam comes out so intensely that it runs down the side of the coffee maker and onto my countertop. I have always bought Hamilton Beach products but I will look for another coffee pot and give this goodwill.

We received this coffee maker from our son for Christmas 2019. Like everything in 2020, it didn't quite work out. We like the BOLD option, so it may take a bit of time to brew the coffee.
