Review on ☕ Streamlined and Convenient: Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Programmable Coffee Maker 52580270 46290 by Robert Dingaling

We received this coffee maker from our son for Christmas 2019. Like everything in 2020, it didn't quite work out. We like the BOLD option, so it may take a bit of time to brew the coffee. Most other features are basic and common to most popular coffee makers. Before we used it for 6 months, the clock stopped working so we couldn't program anymore. We didn't care, especially since we worked from home most of the year. Then the auto shut off stopped working. It WAS/makes a big difference when we ride bikes or walk and sometimes go away for a few hours; We're not very keen on burning the house down this year. Contacted Hamilton Beach and as the coffee maker is less than a year old they have agreed to replace it with an item of equal or LESS quality. I have NEVER heard of replacing a warranty product with an inferior quality product. The exact item was out of stock and NONE of the available options of equal or lesser quality could be bold. We ended up with a Proctor Silex (the same brand as Hamilton Beach) and indeed it's of a lower quality. There is no fat brew option. We really liked the coffee machine; Hamilton Beach should be ashamed for not bringing us back to where we were before with at least an equivalent or better coffee maker. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
