Piston won't move

I mistakenly thought they move with the cylinder but I can't get them to move. I think this will pull the screws out of my closet walls in my van.

Pros
  • Strong finish
Cons
  • High price

ease of access! good for the interior

I have cupboards in my caravan that can be opened. But nothing that could stop her. Sometimes you need both hands to put something in the closet. You keep the door open for me.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great price and functionality

You are great! I tried a different set of gas struts but almost broke the hinges on the van's upper cabinets. You won't find better value or functionality than these suspension racks.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • unreliable

An exact replacement for the originals on my motorhome.

This is an exact replacement for the original cupboard door brackets on my 20 year old motorhome. All the holes lined up correctly and I reused the old screws. It was a rainy day project that was overdue.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some imperfections

The quality seems excellent! Very happy with them!

These racks come without hardware, so save on the screws when replacing old ones. They completely solved the problem of our "hanging" closet doors on our 2006 Monaco Dynasty motorhome. They also appear to be an exact replacement for what was originally installed on our bus. We are very happy with these shelves.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Reliability

Spring tension too high for smaller doors

My doors (16" x 12") and pine frames. The springs are too stiff for softwood or chipboard. Suitable for hardwood frames. UPDATE: I disassembled the rack and replaced the spring with a lighter one. It still put a lot of stress on the cabinet frame. If anyone has installed them I would like to know the installation dimensions and angles used.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not bad
