These glasses are great. My girlfriend got me these for New Year's Eve and we were very happy with how they look and feel. Unfortunately, after a week of use, I dropped one on a granite countertop and the handle broke. I contacted JBHO at jbhomeamz@gmail.com to order a glass replacement. In the end they offered to send me two new pairs of glasses for free. I didn't ask for free glasses and offered to pay and they still offered free replacements. Talk about great customer service!

Two boxes ordered. One was perfect, the other not so much. Good universal size. Excellent price. Excellent packaging. But the quality is inconsistent. Would return a box if this COVID-19 outage didn't make it so painful. Two of the four in the second box are perfect. One was visibly scratched at the fullest part of the glass, as if it were sitting and spinning on a production line. The other feels lighter compared to "good" glasses and makes an ugly clink when clicked. Not that a good quality…

I am very, very happy with these glasses. I ordered them for Thanksgiving dinner. You really exceeded my expectations. They are the perfect size (I love their height) and are very light. The price is amazing considering their high quality. I read a few reviews about the break so I hand washed and dried them gently. These perfectly sized crystal glasses have a beautiful silver tone and their simple design has the right proportions and elegance. But we understand: they are very fragile. One of my new glasses didn't survive being washed in the dishwasher. In other reviews I read about an owner who broke two of them while drying his hands.
