I work in the kitchen and this saved my life. Keeps me cool no matter where I am in the kitchen. Weighs a little more than we'd like, but it's not uncomfortable. It takes a little long to charge, but when fully charged, it works for several hours. I've had it for a week or so with no problems.

Works as advertised but on a very hot day it hardly matters. I would pay extra for a slightly larger battery and stronger fans. I realize there's very little you can do, but that just made the midsummer heat and humidity in Virginia a little less excruciating. The good news is I bought it for use in a hot cockpit for ground roll where it gets unbearably hot until you take to the air and the air in the cockpit gets moving and for that it's perfect so I am happy. The fan worked the first day, stalled and hasn't worked since. I am so disappointed as you can see my first review below. If it were available I would give it -3 stars. waste of time. I bought this to wear to work and it's HOT! When I got the fan and charged it, it didn't work. I looked in the packaging for instructions, there weren't any, then I looked on the box for instructions. Thank god I did! I read other reviewers who thought theirs didn't work and they may have been right, but they may not have read that you have to press and hold the ON button for three long seconds as the packaging says. The battery does not last long. The hard plastic part that rests on the neck is not very suitable. It's not uncomfortable. It's just a weird shape. When it's on the neck, finding the fan button is a little tricky. Otherwise this item is great. It really works lol.
