VERY DISAPPOINTED! Judging by the photo quality is not very good! Not 100% suitable! If it's their A quality, they'll raise their standards!

*Edit: They contacted me and replaced the leather piece for free. It had no defects on the surface. Anyone want to explain why the cut runs down the middle of the skin and spoils its surface?

But not enough to deduct a star. Most likely I can just put my template on it and it will never get out of the garbage heap. Beautiful leather, perfectly square cut, measuring 24" x 24". just what i needed. Tip: Don't waste your money on leather scissors. Even semi-decent poultry shears (at 1/4 the price) work well with 6 ounce leather.

I purchased 5/6 oz Grade A tool leather. Definitely not what I would call an A grade, but still possible for my project. However, it is advertised as a 4-6 square foot piece of leather, with all the jagged cuts and an elongated shape through that piece, I don't think I can sew it all together and make 4 square feet. , it looks even better with some character. John Wayne wouldn't be John Wayne if his face was covered in untouched baby skin instead of his weathered, gritty, hardened face. Buy this skin if you want what you paid for. it's good stuff. not too thick and not too thin. It might take you an hour to unwrap it lol. Apparently these guys like to pack the package really well. Leather. but don't let that stop you from buying it. worth the money and delivered quicker than promised
