First purchase many, many years ago, then teeth.

The first purchase many, many years ago, then the teeth started to break. Replaced by Revain in February 2015. Now, at the end of 2017, the first teeth are breaking. Reading reviews from Kent & Mason Pearson reveals problems with handles, sharp teeth, or broken teeth. Natural horn has its issues etc. Okay I'll come back to this with the understanding that I may need to replace it on a regular basis. Very disappointing that quality is not part of the equation, especially for the price.

Pros
  • Super for thick hair
Cons
  • Appearance

Very nice hair care

Beautiful and well made. I've been using it for about a week, no complaints. I especially like that this is not a military-industrial complex (made in China)!

Pros
  • 7 3/8" x 1 5/8"
Cons
  • Quality

I used this comb for 2 months before teeth appeared.

Used this comb for 2 months until teeth started breaking. I sent the comb back and got a replacement. After about 3 months of using this comb, the teeth started breaking again. The company informed me that there were no problems with the comb and that my comb was out of warranty, reminding me that the combs are not covered by a lifetime warranty. I told them I wasn't expecting a lifetime warranty, it was going to be longer than 3 months.

Pros
  • Made in Switzerland
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
