Nicely done. Fast delivery.

Concerned my wallet arrived today. Fast delivery. It was packaged well so it wasn't damaged. The purse is beautifully finished. It's smaller than I usually wear, but it fits me. Super cute in real life. I can't wait for my friends at work to see this.

very disappointed. for bags and purses

Purchased in January. It's really cute and I've gotten a lot of compliments. It looked good but the stitching on the handles was coming undone and then the lining started to come loose. All the lining is shot up and I've only had it a few months. Very disappointed. .

Anything that glitters. on handbags and purses

It's normal not to push the envelope when it comes to quality. It's made in China and feels just like a bag made there. It certainly doesn't help if it's flat like a pancake and needs to be "fluffed up and inflated" to make it look like the picture you saw when you ordered it. Knowing what I know now I definitely wouldn't have bought it had I known all this and if I had seen it in the store I wouldn't have bought it either!

SUPER cute but has to be returned as it's too small and the strap snaps in less than a week

Very disappointed with this bag. It's SUPER cute and unique, but it's way smaller than I need, but I still tried to make it work. Until, after three days of use, one of the straps came loose from the bag - no idea if it was because I had pushed (repacked) the contents too hard or because of the workmanship. I've still considered keeping it because it's SUPER cute, but I really don't think I can as I'm concerned the strap will snap while I'm using it and the handles are too small to fit to carry

Excellent quality from the first impression!

I am very happy with this bag! When I received it in the mail it was packaged in a plastic bag (except for the Revain packaging) and then in a soft pink bag. The handles of the bag were wrapped in plastic and were a bit difficult to untie but luckily it took me 5 minutes to get them off because the quality of the bag is great! Nice bag at a good price

EDIT: Broke after about 5 uses. On a rainy day, I packed my wallet, iPad and charger in my bag. As I ran across the street to turn on the light, the hooks holding the shoulder strap just broke off, leaving an ugly dangling tab. The rest of the day I had to wear it on my wrist, which grew heavier as the day went on. Too bad what a cute bag! I missed my return deadline and I'm not sure what else to use it for. I don't have heavy sewing tools and I'm afraid the glue won't hold. It looks like it…
