It's normal not to push the envelope when it comes to quality. It's made in China and feels just like a bag made there. It certainly doesn't help if it's flat like a pancake and needs to be "fluffed up and inflated" to make it look like the picture you saw when you ordered it. Knowing what I know now I definitely wouldn't have bought it had I known all this and if I had seen it in the store I wouldn't have bought it either!
