I bought 2T underwear for my child who wears 2T all the time. I had so much trouble finding underwear small enough for his tiny butt that I didn't buy a size larger than I usually do. I wish I had. It seemed like my baby was ready to start potty training so after a night of not wanting to wear diapers I decided I'd order them now. As cute as they are as my son loves Thomas and Cars I found them a bit small/tight and my son is taller with a thin waist and I ordered a size 4T for my 3 year old.
