Great handguards for the money.

This is a great value handguard. I bought a couple of these at a Honda store in town. I paid over $80 for them. I installed them on my son's 2019 Honda CRF 125F. I had to modify them a bit to fit this little bike. Found them here for less than half the price. I put them on my 2016 Husqvarna FC 450. I really like her. If you don't want to damage your clutch and brake levers, I highly recommend getting a pair of handguards for your bike.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Durability

Not bad at all, especially for the price.

yes you get what you pay for but i paid little and they work decently. Much better than the regular ones, which are easy to break - this is a joke. They don't fit very well but seem to be quite versatile. Installation took about 20-30 minutes. I moved the extra higher protection to the top position. while it works fine. It just needs to be looked at over the long term. I used the original handlebar end bolts. I also had to improvise and use a nut (not originally designed for a gasket) as the…

These handguards are worth their money so far

Haven't dropped my DR650 yet so can't vouch for their durability but they've been great just for riding. Surprisingly, like most handguards, I didn't have to cut the levers off - my clutch lever almost hits the handguard, so that's one of the great features. The fittings aren't perfect as they have plastic inserts, but they haven't vibrated yet and seem to be well seated in the slats. Rather than paying over $100 for other brands handguards I would highly recommend them. They even look great in

Not exactly as described but still good

The photo shows a colorful sticker on each sign, but they came only white and without a sticker. That's good but I just want you to know that they are not as pictured. Finally, there are no instructions at all, so you have to find out. I had no issues being mechanically inclined but some might be disappointed. Once installed, they are actually very strong. I was driving the next day and at one point I fell on my left side. The left guard spun a bit but didn't break and they may have saved my…

Doesn't fit handguard

Written for Yamaha off-road bikes but doesn't fit mine at all. I bought my bike used so it's possible the handlebars aren't real or something (I'm new to off-road riding) but I couldn't fit them to my handlebars as the handlebars where they meet sloping down to meet in the middle. One of these was barely bolted to the handlebars, but on the right side I couldn't fold the guard back far enough to reach the brake levers and whatever. Pros: Protection looked decent and was solid even after the big

No brand quality or durability.

I have 3 sets of branded skidguards on other bikes to compare. Moose and Barkbuster. These are very good copies, cheaper plastic, cheaper metal and fittings, but several times cheaper. The fit is somewhat rough and unfinished. A few minutes with a file and countersink and I was happy with the fit. These are fakes so I wasn't expecting perfection or top notch Metal. Metal main guardrails feel and look light like cast metal, not bent extruded aluminum like branded blocks, so durability is…

Why is it so difficult to make guards that actually fit?

I don't know why anyone can't make handguards that fit tapered handlebars. I've tried several that claim to do this and none do. In this case, the clamp is placed right in the middle of the tapered part of the bar, where it will not fit properly and will not clamp firmly without risk of slipping off. In addition, the clamping screw does not sit properly because the clamp is angled on one side. Once you attach the clip, there is no place for the connector to actually line up the screw holes in…
