It's good when it works, but not in most cases.

Only used 2-3 times and the backlight has stopped working. If I leave it alone for a few days I might get lucky and it will work, but only half of it. So very disappointing, I was really enjoying it before it just stopped working.

Tough but could be better

This is a solid loupe, but to see anything you have to place it directly on the loupe or very close to it. This can make things tricky as I use it for delicate items that are easy to scratch. However, it still works and is used in certain cases.

Great for coins

I bought this magnifier to replace another lighted magnifier that broke when dropped. This magnifier is well made and works exactly as described. The case is a good addition to protect you when not in use. I use it to study coins and electronics and it works great for those purposes. I would recommend this model to anyone looking for a lighted magnifier for a similar purpose.
