Bought 2 pieces and I am very happy with them. We went to Lou's first and it has the same quality and look as theirs but the price is more than double the price. So glad to have found it here. The plug at the bottom of the sink has a small metal mesh basket to keep your sink from getting clogged - we were unaware of this purchase but my husband totally sold it when he opened it up and saw it.

If you like the aesthetic, the hardware itself seems well made and the installation was easy enough. The only downside is that the base is a very thin stamping and the base gasket tends to pop out from under the base when the unit is mounted on the sink. Although the disk and base appear symmetrical, I found flipping the disk - side to side, not top to bottom - fixed it. strange behavior (the problem here is too strong).

This is my second purchase of a Phisteine product. Returned due to excellent customer service on my first purchase. Need an inexpensive replacement faucet for my shaver. This one turned out to be more than I expected. Great finish, full-bodied water flow, smooth levers. I could put this in my master bath if the decor weren't out of place. For some reason our relatively expensive trailer had an awful little $10 plastic faucet in the bathroom so we replaced it with this one. Great price, great quality and light weight, this is exactly what we were looking for. Installed in less than 5 minutes, looks and works MUCH better than the cheap plastic block we couldn't even get our hands on. Perfect fit and original fittings screwed directly into the R Pod.

Can't beat the price. This is exactly the matte black finish I was looking for without wasting hands and feet on a faucet with tons of 'features' etc like similar Moen faucets I've looked at. Installation was very easy and can be completed in around 30 minutes to an hour.
