Didn't really have to extend any cables other than the clutch cable. The turn signal wires should be long enough and everything else should be in your headlight, just pull out just enough to get at the controls. I did it myself in one day

10" bars fit my VStar 650 perfectly and I don't have to buy new slings or clutch cables. My biggest issue with these bars is that the tight turns in the bar make it very difficult to route the control cables through the bar.

Handlebars are actually very good for $. Fits 2006 Sportster Custom with stock wiring and wiring. But. I had to remove some clamps and bend the metal part of the front brake hose, as well as remove the plate under the steering wheel to get enough wire length. The bike fell while parking and completely broke the aluminum handlebars, but the handlebars didn't flex, believe it or not. Very happy with it!

Well I love handlebars, don't get me wrong. But the transition from standard bars to these was very difficult to rewire. The bars have a right 90 degree angle. So when you try to thread the wires through there is no flexible part in the bars for the wires to bend. It was very frustrating. But overall, the handlebars on the bike cut a good figure and are comfortable.

These rods are a joke 1-They don't have the right grooves on the ends of the rods for the internal choke and the internal diameter doesn't fit the choke.2-Internal Wiring is a nightmare with sharp internal corners . 3 - the poles in person are much narrower than in the photos. All in all I spent 5 hours getting this crap to work and changing the bars so I can't even go back. extra money for quality parts. It's garbage.
