I bought this for an elderly parent who had arm surgery. This is such a great product. Very easy to use which is good as the instructions are not in English! I have tested this product on water bottles and other difficult to open items and they have all opened. Plastic film products also worked without any problems. I'm happy.

my mum has loved it since i bought it for her. She tried using scissors to open water bottles instead of asking someone to help her open it. She can now maintain her independence while feeling like she's using something "unique". The whole process of using it is very intuitive, and since she sometimes forgets how things work and stops using her, that's an added bonus.

When I first used it, it didn't work as advertised. After breathing around the cap of the bottle, he did not open the cap but continued to twist the bottle. After I managed to remove it, the opener continued to close completely. I can not open it. I ordered a can opener and was very happy with its performance. I've used it many times and it has never let me down. I was hoping for the same experience with the bottle opener. Very disappointed! PLAN to bring it back.

My mom needed something to help her open Propel water bottles. She has no power left in her hands, and using unloaded knives didn't work. So I bought her one of these and it works great. The only problem is figuring out how to reset it when you turn it on and move your clasped hands to full compression. It's not clear how to open it and the instructions are only in Chinese, so figuring out how to reset it was hit or miss. But once that's done, everything works great; I love it.
