Bought this for my son. He told me they were soft and comfortable. Plan to buy more, but give a few more weeks to see if he likes them.

The material is good but I'm not sure if they accidentally forgot to attach the thread to the rim. If you look closely at the picture I uploaded you will see that the thread is coming loose. ebay should have quality control. Overall I am not satisfied with this purchase.

They are small and narrow for tall boys. Also, they're not all plaid boxer shorts. My set included skulls and camouflage. Not sure why the photo in the listing shows all the blue plaid boxers and not shows more variety you can get.

My husband and two boys have been wearing Hanes boxers for many years and my son asked me to order them again. When I opened the package, I was greeted by a strong chemical smell. I thought it would come out in the wash but no. I take them outside hoping they release gas but I hope not the smell is that strong. I assume I can't return them as I washed them. Bought these for my 7 year old thin but tall son (who usually wears a size 8-10 with a drawstring that fits around the waist) . We wanted to use them as pajama bottoms. I originally ordered the medium which should have been a size 10-12 but should fit a size 8 or smaller. Sent back and ordered a large size that fits like a size 10 - loose but comfortable for sleeping. VERY, very thin fabric. I would not recommend them for everyday use, as underwear all day.
