I ordered a small pack and 2 medium packs for my 5 year old based on the size chart provided by Amazon. The little ones were too small. Media is much better suited. I have attached the actual size chart on the back of the package. My son is tall for his age (wears a size 7/8) so I would have guessed the small ones would fit, but they didn't. The texture of the fabric is pleasant, it is easy to move in it.

Bought this for my 8 year old because he has no underwear on every time I turn around. I think the washing machine uses underwear while the dryer eats socks 😩😩😩. Well they run true to size so make sure you get your normal size! My son is picky about sensations and he loves it. He says the belt fits very well and they are very comfortable. He asked me to buy another pack so he could just put this on and throw away his old underwear. 2 thumbs up for them!
