This is not Hanes ComfortSoft but something cheap and of poor quality. I am very disappointed that they do not sell the item they advertised on the website. Bootleg Hans, too bad.

This is not authentic. It's not the comfortably soft material that I've come to love. Also, there is a tag that is not standard on these shirts. It's just a plain, rough cotton shirt. I knew I wanted to do more than just shop at a brick-and-mortar store like Wal-Mart or Target.

Hanes ComfortSoft only has one problem. She is not soft. I returned Hanes and bought Fruit of the Loom Platinum. Much better. Don't waste your time with Hanes if you're looking for consolation

The first shirt set I ordered was too big, I reordered and got it. The material is thin for a long sleeve shirt, which may be ok for some. Not for me! I ordered them for fall and winter shirts. Sleeves are forbidden, which I liked. I felt the shirt was more wedge shaped, with broad shoulders and a narrow waist, which doesn't suit me, but maybe for some. They shrink in the washer/dryer. I personally will not order them again.
