Waste of Money, Damages Hair

As a loyal customer of beauty products, I must say that this product is a complete letdown. As a result of using this styling tool, I found that it not only damaged my hair but also failed to deliver the perfect straight look that it claims to accomplish. The adjustable temperature feature doesn't work as it should and this led to my hair strands getting burned and brittle. While it does have a sleek design, the cons far outweigh the pros. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Almost impossible. profession required.

Almost impossible to remove the cover to change plates. I sent one back as defective. I'm not sure about a replacement yet. I removed one side but I can't remove the other. I would say try a different product. UPDATE: Got a replacement. It was just as difficult to change the plate, but we broke it open and were able to remove and change the plates. The product works very well.,

Dried out my hair!

I received this on my husband's account. I wanted to do my whole head. It seems to dry my hair out a lot! I'll try again later on the lowest level. I used a medium setting. If it dries my hair again I'll send it back.
