I find this camera easier to use than my Aqua View and fits the description. Seems a little light so don't know how long it lasts but it works right out of the box. The screen cover doesn't fit well and the lens gives out a distorted image due to the owl's eye lens. It's pointing straight down, so you need to be taller than your target, as opposed to the horizontal view from my other one. Haven't used it fishing yet but seems like a decent inexpensive device for quick use.
