I love the locking mechanism built into the reel body. Turn the red dial to lower or raise the stopper or even raise and level the table. It's easy and simple to set up. I would like to see a better packaged box for this reel set. The current ones are thin and tear upon arrival. Why am I complaining? Because I bought a set to try and liked it so much I bought a second one. Both times the boxes were torn and dented. But the videos survive!

My washing machine shook on its casters even when the casters were locked. Switching to these leg rolls was very easy. By simply lowering the legs to the floor, the washing machine stays in place and doesn't wobble at all. When I later checked for loose foot pads, it turned out that the vibration from the washing machine had actually caused the foot pads to shrink! I had to put them on a racing bike stand. I need it to be able to move around more easily when it comes time to fold it up and take it to a place to store it. I used to move the stand across the floor on a towel :D Of course I need something to prevent it from rolling or sliding during use like the original feet for the stand do and the feet feel really good on them.
