I have no complaints against the seller. The product came very quickly and exactly as I ordered. However, this is my second Harapad and the quality of the product seems to have gone downhill. Protects us from EMF, but poisons us with polyurethane? Not good. There are so many natural ways to finish wood, why choose to add toxic chemicals? "Polyurethane is a petrochemical resin that contains known respiratory toxins called isocyanates. Left untreated, polyurethane can cause asthma and other respiratory issues." Hmmm, maybe in the future use other wood that doesn't need dousing with chemistry. Good luck, hard to trust you unless you REALLY care about the consumer, eh ?

Works! Using my Tri-Field Meter, this HARApad really eliminated EMF emissions from under and in front of my laptop - hooray! This wasn't my first foray - note that it appears about 2-3 inches in front of the laptop, which is how it should be positioned. If you've actually taken meter readings and been as horrified as I was, you'll agree that a seal like this - when it works - is a real blessing!

I didn't buy this because I believe in EMI but because I wanted a passive laptop pad that was just a piece of metal wrapped in plastic and would do a good job with it. This allows me to use my 17 inch gaming laptop on my lap without burning my legs and I can put it on the couch without soft pillows blocking all the vents and other things. HARAPAD WORKS! I purchased the Trifield 100XE EMF Meter at the same time as the Harapad to quantify the HARAPAD's effectiveness.
