This fan was a complete waste of money. The installation was difficult and the fan is incredibly loud. The only positive aspect is that it looks decent. However, the constant noise is unbearable and ruins any enjoyment in the room. I would not recommend this fan to anyone in the market for a ceiling fan.

I recommend assembling everything once on the floor before getting it right. The instructions don't tell you to loosen the two screws until they become inaccessible because other parts are in the way.

Fan looks and works great but no parts! The assemblers did not properly tighten the screws holding the blades. When I disassembled the device to solve this problem, I broke the glass dome. I've been trying to order a replacement umbrella for 6 months now and have waited tens of hours. The few times I actually contacted the person they couldn't help me and told me to call back in a month or so. When I call back I get the same apology. Customer service is non-existent.
