Good for lifting a heavy airbag!

I installed this on one of the overhead shelves in my kitchen over the counter to temporarily lift a sack of soaked grain with a ratchet roller to hang and dump into my cooker. It is related to bag brewing. So far I haven't gone over 40 pounds with this one, but I'm sure it can handle a lot more.

Pros
  • Industrial Equipment
Cons
  • Crumpled

ideal if you need something permanent

I bought these to attach a tow chain in or above my garage. It holds about 300 pounds of tools and a few people booting up to boot. I've recently bought a few more to attach my rope/line when I'm working in weird spots on the roof and it helps my weight slightly. I'd say 300 pounds of holding power is conservative, but it's probably a good rule of thumb for safety. But I think the beam will break out of my wall before this thing breaks.

Pros
  • Threaded hook
Cons
  • No automatic
