Poor adhesion on stickers, magnets and decals

They didn't stick well and the sun and water caused them to start peeling after just one use on a boat. You look like crap. Also, some fell off

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Good but not great

Two different colors per pack!

I ordered white twice and the person who wrapped the box didn't know the difference between light gray and white. It fell into disrepair and had to be returned. I will say the font looks nice as pictured but it may not be worth the risk.

Pros
  • High test results for hold and durability
Cons
  • Legacy model

Good quality product.

For example, it was easy to work with sticky numbers/letters. Good quality product. I didn't like that the numbers/letters on the sheet were a little hard to see. It comes off easily but you have to tilt the sheet a little to see what stickers it has. Definitely a purchase recommendation!

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I don't like anything about it, everything is fine

Sure, they're sticky, but they feel more like paper. $2

Paper is thin. They try to be cute by removing the backing from the first sheet that shines through the wrapper; some kind of indication that you are getting a quality product. Sure, they're sticky, but they feel more like paper. The $2.25 white lettering at Wal-Mart is five times thicker and shinier. They are almost transparent, thin, without shine. Terrible.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Not bad

While the package says they are Coast Guard compliant, .

Although the packaging says they meet Coast Guard requirements, I have some doubts about that. Some numbers and letters are so narrow that they are very difficult to decipher from a distance. They may be suitable for a jet ski, but not for a yacht. I ended up going to West Marine for traditional numbers after deciding I couldn't use them. Here is an image of an example of the letters/numbers in my registry. The ones from this kit are on the bottom row and the ones I used are on the top row. The

Vinyl Letters and Numbers OK

These letters will look very nice on your boat but you will need to be very careful when installing them to ensure they are fully aligned the way you want them before you all Pushing debris all the way into the boat, if you try to remove one of the letters after flattening them on the boat, you'll ruin the edges of the number you're trying to remove. The letters also have a slight slant to the right which I'm not entirely happy with, but having put the numbers on the boat I'm happy with their…

The glue they use is almost useless!

Everyone knows that boat license plates/numbers have to be really sticky to withstand sun, water etc. They are specifically advertised as boat decals, but glue is the worst. I cleaned and prepped the area with alcohol. When I applied it was warm. The decal started peeling off 1/2 hour after application. It feels like when you peel it off the backing you realize the adhesive just isn't aggressive enough. I ended up buying another set made in the USA and the "stick" level was above day and night.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
