Description of Harley Davidson CHROME Throttle Control

Designed for use with 1" bars - ’81-’95 Big Twins and Sportsters with dual external cables. Also fits models with aftermarket carburetors that require dual cables. Includes a chrome plated cable housing clamp just like the originals. Housing features a knurled throttle return tension adjusting screw. Chrome throttle control is a winner!

This chrome throttle control is a must-have for any motorcycle enthusiast! As a summer rider, I wanted something that offered great performance and style, and this product definitely delivers. Installation is easy and the chrome finish adds a touch of glamour to my already excellent bike. As a result of my tests, i determined that this is an excellent addition to any automotive toolbox .The only downside was that it was a bit pricey, but the quality of material and design makes up for it..

Had to make some modifications but fitted perfectly

I ended up cutting a straight line to fit the end of the throttle cable and also shaved about 2mm from the back where the cable hooks. to the throttle valve. My factory cable thread was fine, so I just trimmed and smoothed that thread so it wouldn't put too much stress on my cable. After that it was simply installed and just added Loctite to the screws. Throttle bushing is a little flimsy but fits perfectly with the Revain handlebar.
