It's a cool game

I love apps like Simon Says so when my niece asked for this set of glasses for her birthday I accepted because the price was reasonable. It was a lot of fun, but I wish it was safe for epilepsy sufferers. I'm not sure if that's the case, unfortunately. Nevertheless I give 5 stars.

Pros
  • Includes Simon Optix adjustable headset and instructions
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Could be a treat! - Games and Accessories

I'm a fan of Simon's old disc game. I was skeptical but bought it for my 10 year old daughter. The game was good until there were problems defining some hand movements. It's a bit disappointing when you're pointing at a color, but the sensor doesn't pick it up and turns you off. Not fair! ;)

Pros
  • Play alone or challenge your friends with the optional headset (sold separately)
Cons
  • Contact Seller

Looks cool but didn't like it with two boys

I bought two of these, one for my 12 year old son and one for mine 8 year old nephew. They can be played individually or linked together (even if you buy two games separately). It's easy to set up (just add batteries). You don your hat and follow Simon's color scheme, waving your hands in front of the eyepiece for each color. I found the game fun myself, but none of the guys really got into it. We've had them for a few weeks now and hardly touched them. The fun was short-lived.

Pros
  • Look at the lights, remember the colors, repeat the pattern
Cons
  • A few little things

It's all in your face

The final part of the Simon game is awesome, although it can feel like you're slapping yourself in the face while playing. Solo play is a lot of fun. Just watch the light pattern, listen to the sounds and repeat as you move your hands over the senses. Although how cool would it be if you could do it with your eyes! Come on, Simon, let's clap! But the fun part is being able to sync more than one gaming device together and play the same sequence with friends. It becomes an elimination process to…

Pros
  • Simon game as a wearable headset
Cons
  • Crumpled
