I like how easy hash root makes things for me! They have great customer care team who answer questions very quickly/efficiently & understand your needs when they help with any problem (if there was one). No real dislike about their product itself but some features could be improved upon such as being able to add more than 1 email address or having an option where people can choose whether certain emails will go through mailman vs just spam folder etc..
