The product image looked like the original Hasler but the product received is not the original cartridge. I ordered two of these for our mailing machine at work. When the package arrived, the first one I took out of the box was leaking and my hands were covered in red ink. I haven't even taken it out of the plastic wrap! Opened a second one which doesn't leak and doesn't fit in our car even though the description said so. Both items were returned the same day.

I bought this product to save some money. It took several months before I really needed it, and when I installed it in the mail machine, the device didn't read it. The return took too long so I just lost money.

This was a terrible purchase. He never got it right. It was definitely a poorly remanufactured cartridge (I thought it was new).

Ordered twice from Discount Supply Co. Shorter life than other 3rd party cartridges. The last one only lasted 2 weeks, after which I had to throw it away. There was still ink in it, but it didn't work. Another 3rd party lasts at least 3-4 months with us. Went back to ordering in PostageInk. When ordering this cartridge, make sure that the supplier is a mail carrier!

We have been using this for about 2 weeks now. At first, our material remained ideally franked. After the first week, the quality dropped significantly. We have to constantly re-stamp our material to keep the ink visible, which costs $0.46 each time. I want a full refund for this order. I do NOT intend to use the second cartridge and would like to return it as well.

Two of the three printers I ordered didn't dispense ink like Sutton. About 1-2mm of ink does not reach the top of the postage amount and does not print the postage date. When asked to return the product for a new one, he simply returned the product and bought a new one with no refund. 1. Why bad quality2. Why can't I get a refund or send a new item that works? These things seem to sit on the shelf for months or years and when I get them they no longer work as they should.
