They do not fit true to size. I ordered the size 8 listed on Revain and the sandals turned up a shoe size 7/8. Well they are definitely 7. I requested a refund from the seller who offered me a $2.00 "partial refund". Considering I paid about $50 for it, $2 is not a partial refund, just an insult. So now I'm stuck with these too small sandals I can't wear. I would even exchange them for the right size, but there was no such option.

The flip flops were perfect and just as expected. I ordered white and was nervous because the confirmation picture after I ordered it was brown. My other concern was that in the past I had ordered white flip flops from another seller and they came to me with a yellow tint. This can happen depending on how they are stored at the facility and whether white flip flops have access to sunlight. These were brilliant white and perfect. I will definitely use this seller again! I have a hard time finding comfortable flip flops for summer so I tried these. They seemed uncomfortable to me because of the protrusions on the insole (they irritate the sole of the foot). Most flip flops these days have a smooth insole, but this particular sandal has some pretty rough cleats (so you don't slip, I think). I have another pair from the same brand with a floral insole and they are a bit smoother and more comfortable. My other complaint has to do with the size. I would prefer that
