Havels Serrated Finger Scissors 6 Inch Review

I love the jagged edges and oversized handles on the little scissors! The larger handles make them a lot more comfortable because I have arthritis in my fingers so the pressure is distributed more evenly and causes less pain. I also like the safety tip that comes with the scissors. It saves me from getting stabbed when I take them out of my sewing bag.

I liked these scissors so much that I bought a second pair. They are just the right size to keep next to my sewing machine----not too big and not too small. Most importantly they cut sharp, very sharp and precise. The large hole size is also practical. Although my hands aren't what I consider "big," I can quickly pick up a pair of scissors and use them while sewing. I love these scissors.

These fantastic scissors for precise cutting from the tip of the blade. I mainly use them for applique and they are now my favorites. The blades are thin and serrated, cutting cotton or wool with precision. This design works well for me as I have enlarged ankles due to arthritis and I find the rings very comfortable. I'm so glad I took the risk and they replaced my Karen Kay Buckley scissors as my favorite pair of scissors.

I've been using the same Havel shears for decades, I'm so old lol! For some reason this year I decided to try a few different brands and while they were all decent I bought a whole new set of Havel shears because they are so good in comparison. I sew and quilt, embroider and applique. I love these large loop scissors for appliqué, line stitching and curves when sewing.
