Good product but the foam is harder than my previous tool. That means you need quite a bit of downforce for it to sit well on the ground and keep the ground clean. A lot of work in a 3,000 square meter workshop. My older one is 1/2 job but worn out after 10 years.

Well made and strong BUT the foam/rubber squeegee does not make good contact with the floor when pushed forward and water leaks out. The surface was flat and smooth, and yet it collapsed and a ripple formed in the foam, causing it to lose contact and allowing water to flow underneath. This requires an extra large pen/stick, which is not included in the scope of delivery. the pen is expensive.

I really liked this product. I have used it 5-6 times a year for 3 years to remove mud from a large flat porch (ideal for this) or to wash the porch. One star off only because the foam crumbled after 3 years (compared to infrequent use - but hard work in application). I kept it in the garage. Therefore, extreme temperatures could be the reason for foam deterioration. If so, then that's bad.

I have tried various rubber squeegees and none of them compare to this foam. Takes water off an epoxy garage floor much better after I've hosed it down. And it works in both push and pull directions. And it's extra wide, which helps speed drying of the floor in my 20' x 60' garage! I highly recommend this product for removing water from a smooth garage floor.
