By far the best Smart Plugs we have purchased!

I used these Smart Plugs for my Christmas tress and lights. The size of each one was perfect, they were easy to program after downloading the app to my phone, and worked extremely well. Highly recommend this product. Extremely satisfied.

Must have separate 2.4 wifi channel

You must have a separate 2.4 ghz channel on your wifi. Most routers now combine the channels and you have only one named channel. If that’s the case, these won’t work, they must have a dedicated 2.4 ghz channel. Ended up sending mine back

Well Worth The Money!

I first spent money on this company’s outdoor steak/extension/timer and loved it so much that I bought a second one and then bought these two plugs so that I can plug my indoor Christmas lights that I have in two of my windows into. These are awesome because you can download the product’s app and easily schedule when you want your Christmas lights to turn on and then turn off. Some nights I fall asleep early and then the lights are left on so these timers have helped tremendously! The app is…

The easiest smart device I have ever purchased!

It is compact, easy to plug in an electrical socket and has great wifi range. It is reliable and easy to program. Run, don't walk, to get this smart plug.

Confusing as hell.wi-fi works but bluetooth doesn't

Let me start out by saying that all I ever wanted was to be able to tap a button on my G7 Android to be able to turn on or off a lamp without having to fumble around with a switch or knob in the dark or travel back into a room I was just in for the sole purpose of turning off the lights. I assumed I could use my phone's bluetooth to create a direct signal between devices in close proximity the way my phone and bluetooth speakers do without involving any third or external party. Works, but not perfectly.

I had no difficulty linking these up, however the instrucions regarding installing the app on the cell phone werer sorely lacking. I finally found the 'Smart Life" app and got these to work with it. Initialy they did not respond with confidence when I tried to remotely turn off any of the switches using the phone app, however eventually these seemed to work better (I have no clue as to why). The other app that seems to be appropriate for these is the tubi one, and from what I've gathered, these

Integration wors but instructions are not quite accurate.

The sequence to set up the device with Alexa doesn't quite work like the app says. It needs an extra button click. The device may have difficulty connecting to certain WiFi networks.

Somehow smarts for my opinion

The only thing is that I have to download an app to make the work other than that work outside in 10 degrees weather and inside and I have no issues yet tweaks after I got them

Hard to connect in my review

These things were very hard to connect. I spent a few hours of trials and errors. I tried to connect using the HBN Smart App on my iPhone, but couldn’t connect. I even turned off the 5GHz band on my router. So installed the Smart Life App on an iPad instead and was able to connect using the AP mode. I tried to do the same thing with the iPhone, but couldn’t add the device, not sure why. Once the devices were added, controlling them work very well. The Smart Life app on the iPhone also showed…
