Modified from my first review. After a few days of thinking they were the best I found they kept falling off and curling up. All they had to do was add a few inches to make them taller at the ankle. Will try to return but have ordered another brand which shows it is much higher on the leg.

This product protects my bean dogs perfectly, although I've noticed that every time he goes outside, even for one Second running backwards cleats tip upside down which can't be comfortable for my short man. Luckily I bought these specifically to protect his front bobs as they were damaged although I expect the other two to stay in place as intended.

My cute Labradoodle started walking in them when I put them on without hesitation. That means they were comfortable and not intrusive! Unfortunately it stopped raining so I can't fully test them but they turn on and off very easily which means I can use them when she goes outside in the rain and I don't have to give her every time wash dirt from paws enter the house!

I was very surprised by the quality of these shoes and the details. In fact, they are better made than most of my high-end shoes. Measure your dog's feet and you shouldn't have any problems. Velcro straps are in the right place to hold the shoes. I bought similar shoes that didn't even match their quality for $40 a set and had to buy two sets of four shoes. I would pay $80 for it any day. You will not regret your purchase decision.

So this shoe is NOT 100 percent waterproof or resistant to anything. They absorb water. I spray them with water repellent spray and they still don't repel the water for long. You have to spray them almost every day and it's no fun. Also, the straps are too short. They don't spin in circles so they fly away and when your dog lays down on the grass it gets caught in the velcro. Then you have to clean it, which causes the crap velcro to come off. Shoes are fine if your dog is just walking around…

I already bought the second pair of these booties! We have had our first pair for almost two years now and our dog wears them every time he goes outside to protect his paws from fox tails or dirt - they are sensitive to environmental allergies and it has really helped! They are still in good condition after all this time and use and hold up very well if the velcro is tight enough!
