10 months ago I cut off ALL my hair (49 3/4 inches, SO MUCH) to give to a co-worker whose teenage daughter had cancer and needed hair to grow a to make a wig. I had enough hair that she didn't even have to ask anyone, so yeah, I cut them all off. This girl cares more about her looks than I did at my age. But I remember being 14 years old and at that age I didn't care what I looked like. I've taken care of a whole bunch. But not so much now, and with Lovelocks and other charities not giving wigs

I read the reviews and bought them anyway because they were so cheap. They slip on your head and don't stay in place. I love the colors and the stitching on one side of the headband keeps it in place. I have white hair especially when unwashed how greasy these rims slip! Perhaps more textured hair will help them stay in place. You'll have to stretch them a bit when you first use them, but they're good after that. I still use mine.

These things are tight. I can feel my head shrinking in them. This is disappointing because I thought they were quite expensive and now I can't use them. The fabric used does not stretch. They are so tiny that I think they will be comfortable for children. Adults are extremely uncomfortable even putting them on and find them difficult to put on their heads. I bought this product about two years ago and now I will buy it again. Not because they broke or lost their elasticity, but because I lost most of them. I am currently a registered nurse and was previously a CNA (Nursing Assistant) and wore them almost every shift (8-12 hour shifts). The colors go well with any scrub color. They last quite a long time on my head even though my head is a bit smaller and my hair is frizzy and annoying. I also washed them sometimes when I noticed they were falling

I'm blessed with an above average head and big curly hair to top it off and these headbands aren't too tight for me! Sure they fit my forehead snugly but I don't get a headache and in fact that tight fit helps keep them in place! Great for relaxing!

These headbands were for my hard to please granddaughter. She liked how the headbands stretched so they were easy to put on and how the fabric felt. I think next time I'll take them in other colors.

I don't wear headbands for any real athletic purpose other than to hold up my hair for stretching and general aesthetic purposes. They are great for the price and quality! They're a little tight, which suits me, but a lot of people might be offended by the tightness. The only problem occurred with the dark gray color. The seams were very odd and you could see they were reversed, this made the fabric seem much larger and the seams came out with a slight bulge so it sits oddly on the head when…

For the price you won't find anything better. I literally took the bag upstairs and put on the gray one to wash my face and apply the mask. They are firm enough to stay in place but don't bind. They push my hair back from my face, but don't pinch it. They're made of basic cotton material and aren't dressy, but black is probably okay to wear. I wore one and it stayed in place all night. It's definitely better value than what I see at my local grocery store or pharmacy.
