🏍️ 7 Inch Headlight Housing Bucket: Perfect Fit for Harley Davidson Motors Review

I am using it in my post apocalyptic GY6 project I have no idea if it fits Harley or not but I can talk about the quality it is good , rather than the typical junk you are used to from the motorcycle aftermarket.

Dislikes: No assembly instructions. The included nuts/bolts appear to be semi-random. It took a bit of massaging a few tabs to even it all out. Like: Hard to beat for the money. Well packed. Install a random 7" LED headlight I have. Looks great putting it together.

Installed on a 1981 KZ440 LTD to get brighter LED light. Like everyone else, no instructions, cheap ill-fitting hardware, and cheap flimsy paint. It ended up being assembled with a ZMOON 7" flashlight. I'll update the review if this turns out to be not complete rubbish.

later If you are looking for a 7 inch LED package this is the perfect one. Brackets are garbage! They didn't fit and were completely the wrong shape. This was the second time I received the product. Parts were missing the first time. I had to make my own fasteners. Spend a little more money and get a better product

I would give the unit a 5 if it came with instructions and the correct screws. The bolts that attach the brackets to the fork rods were short, so I had to drive extra to the store. The manual wasn't in the box like the other review so it took longer to assemble. Overall worth buying as there is a very good paint finish and metal body as opposed to my standard plastic headlight body. It made my classic Yamaha Vstar look more classic.

I bought a replacement Zmoon headlight for my 2006 SV650 but it didn't fit in the bucket. After reading and looking around a bit, I heard that this should work - I can report that it works. The fit is a bit chunky, but since there are no instructions and it's a bit difficult to follow the photo, it works quite well. I don't expect miracles from this thing, it does what it's supposed to and hasn't fallen apart so this is my win.

The brackets are rubbish but I anticipated that and wanted to use machined brackets. the shell does not hold. Now I retarded them with JB Weld. Yes, you can remove the reflector and use a wrench to tighten the nuts to tighten the mounting bolts. My bike vibrates and it is very important to be able to adjust and tighten the bodywork without completely disassembling it. The weld seams on the nuts should contribute to this. Get this thing if you want to play with JB Weld. Maybe you could solder…

I purchased this along with a 7" BORDAN LED bulb. Let me tell you that the company adjusted the housing to ONLY place the bulb at a 45° angle, so the light is crooked.If the company had taken the time to properly align ALL the holes and test the fit of each product before shipping, this review wouldn't be a very negative, every little screw in place without losing them.
