This sign looks better than most which is why I bought it. Putting it together was a pain, though. The letters wouldn't come loose from the chipped plastic they were mounted on. One of the suction cups didn't work either, it had a small cut. I either have to go through the replacement/refund process or find and pay for brand new suction cups. Either way, it's a frustrating process and more effort than this article is worth.

I gave this product 4 stars even though I couldn't use it when it came out. The first one arrived and I was very happy with it at first sight. I started putting the watch on and when I started adding colons I found that they were missing the "pegs" needed to attach them to the shield. Although I like this sign because it doesn't disappear like our last one, there are some problems. 1) The colon is almost impossible to get right. We broke a few, scattered a few around the room, etc. My colleague in the office almost bled trying to put them in. "closed" words. We are closed 3 days a week. I'd like to put "closed" on both the start and end times on those days, but we didn't have enough supplies so I just put "closed" on the opening hours of the days we weren't have opened. .3)…
