My complaints: 1. It's too hot to go to bed in Texas. It's like wearing headphones. Not cool to work with.2. It's too big for my head and needs to be adjusted.3. There is no sound cancellation at all.4. The volume is not adjusted when the keys are pressed. Either I have a defective headset or this product is not worth buying. This is the 3rd day I've tried it since it arrived. Now it must be returned.

The headband is just what I was looking for to listen to my ASMR videos before bed. I can lie on my side and relax while wearing this. Actually it's a bit big for my head so sometimes I have to adjust. It looks like it'll be easy to remove the speakers and wash the headband when it's done. It was a great purchase and a nice break for my ears. Now my ears don't hurt from the headphones anymore.

It's sooo handy! I received it fully charged. Easy instructions, love it! The sound is great and I use it at night to hear sleep sounds or an alarm clock app. Perfect! No more earaches from plug-in headphones. I also love the blind fold feature! Wow, I sleep very well! I love it and it's so soft. Easy to clean if necessary. I recommend this group. Bought to listen to audiobooks at night or listen to music at work in the dead of winter and warm my ears outside. This is a normal product. The strap itself is comfortable, the sound adjustment works well. The speakers aren't great, but the sound is there. OK. It's actually an elastic headband with hard plastic speakers sewn into it. The idea is great, but not the best execution. Plastic is still hard even in a soft headband.
