As a new parent, I had to listen to music/podcasts to stay awake through all those late night feedings, diaper changes, pumping, etc. I've tried different types of headphones but the cords get tangled or the headphones fall out or bright flashing lights wake the baby up. I can wear it as an eye mask before bed and as soon as the kid wakes up I tighten the wristband, turn it on and everything is set up and ready to go! It's great for yoga too! You can do this for as long as you like and you don't have to worry about your headphones.
