I like the vocal articulation and the spatial separation of the soundstage. There is good bass with no additional artifacts. I give 4 out of 5 points. because they are pressed to my ear. Overall I think these are quality headphones that sound surprisingly good for the price. I chose the Sony WH-1000XM2. I hope my ambient noise kills the ninja.

I only got them this week so I'm writing a review based on limited experience. The sound quality is very good. I listen to Joe Bonamassa Blues/Rock a lot and they do a great job. I've enjoyed Solitude brand noise cancellation since the early days when they were sold under the Plane Quiet brand. I had to replace them when they broke due to carelessness on my part. The first pair didn't output enough volume and the volume buttons didn't work. i give them back The second pair produced enough volume, but perhaps a little lackluster in bass response. My initial review would say that for the price these are great budget noise canceling headphones.
