Terrible product for earphones

This is the worst product I have ever bought from Revain. Less than a week after receipt, the device stopped working. Garbage!

They broke after 2 weeks

I bought a pair and they keep calling which interrupts my music all the time. In my second week of using them, one of the covers on the sides cracked, exposing all the wires

Battery life is so short

They are very comfortable and sound great but the battery drains VERY quickly. A full charge will probably last a little over an hour. I have to charge them when I'm not using them. And sometimes they charge all night, and in the morning for some reason they charge only half. every 30 seconds the annoying "battery empty" voice will be heard before they actually die. Why is this needed? Overall they are very comfortable to walk in and allow me to be aware of what's going on around me because my…

Comfortable, there's not even a hint of a base. They sent me a different pair than the one in the photo.

Bought this and REI's Aftershokz 'Open Move' headphones to compare. Believe it or not, I returned the Aftershocks and left these here instead. None of them have any bass at all. With bone conductors you knew where the bass was supposed to be, with these you literally can't hear it. They sound exactly as if you've just taken the earbuds out of your ear and they're dangling an inch from it. So why did I keep this cheap junk instead of headphones from the most reputable headphone company? First…
