. So I bought this in August 2018 and it hasn't been a year and as of this writing my left earbud has started to fall apart and the right one is working only, it seems to have gotten dirtier, if I may say so. and the cable for it failed after January which was within the 1 year warranty period. Not sure if this is a quality control issue but wish they would improve it.

It's been like this for a long time. The other members of the Praise team can't believe they're actually superior to Shure and Westone triple-driver headphones until they hear it for themselves! Like I said, they far outperform Shure and Westone! However, I would suggest a good set of memory foam tips to close off the ear canal for the best sound! Excellent purchase!

Are you kidding?!? These headphones are of exceptional quality and workmanship. Sound quality is clean, open and has tight bass response (i.e. not boosted - just right). You get valuable extras in the box that far exceed the asking price. The packaging quality is also excellent. I use them for home studio work (a two year old grandson is present) and for stage monitoring with my band. I'm ordering some more guys!

I don't like either the plug connectors or the rubber coating on the cables. Screw connections would have been better as I felt like plugging the thing in would break the thing and the coating on the cables is hard to get through clothing as it is not smooth. Their overall frequency response is pretty good for the price, but be careful not to pierce your ears - they're really loud.

These headphones aren't bad, but there's a downside. They actually have really good bass, which impressed me, and they have a flexible cord next to the headphones so you can wrap it around your ear, which is cool, I've never seen that before. But the main problem is that the treble is too high when something higher is turned on in the headphones and the volume is medium every time there is a hi-hat in a song or someone's voice makes an s-sound it's really loud and very hard and it hurts. my…

Words cannot describe how amazing these headphones are. I expect this kind of sound quality from $200-300 headphones. The bass is great, the mids are awesome and the highs are stunning. Listening to songs I've heard a thousand times was like hearing them again for the first time, you hear every instrument and where they come from. I'm a picky music lover, but I've never considered headphones important enough to spend a lot on them. The sound is clear with little distortion and very good detail. However, there is an obvious peak around 4kHz that leads to rapid fatigue. Note that 4 kHz is the most typical band for the onset of hearing loss. My updated result: After over 60 hours break-in. The original rating is below. They definitely benefited from a thorough audition and a few updates. I switched to foam tips, added a few layers of tissue paper to dampen the highs a bit, and replaced the cable with a new one. With these updates and now over 60 hours of break-in plus a slight source EQ, the highs feel less hissy and a little more controlled. In general, they are much more pleasant to listen to. I was surprised to see these 4 speaker headphones for less than $50 and was very skeptical about their sound quality, workmanship and comfort. I've lived in Nashville, Tennessee for 10 years, have been making music professionally for about 26 years and been in bands for almost 40 years. Most of my gigs have been with standard outdoor monitors and the like. . In the past, when I had to use the IEM in concert, I used good headphones that fit well. It worked well enough to get through the gig, but
