They stopped working right after the return window closed.

My daughter loves these headphones. She took very good care of them so that she could use them with her online school device. They worked the first month and then broke off when anyone spoke. With music, only part of the track is heard. Big disappointment!

Don't buy too cheap

Poor quality at best. After 1 month of use, the tip came off and got stuck in our iPad. It is not made in one piece like other earplugs. Almost ruined my iPad. Not worth the Disney price. Get cheap Amazon headphones, they're much better. I don't know how to claim a warranty but I'm not sure I'll use a new one given the risk.

They work well but are not suitable for children

I have bought 2 pairs of these in the last year, one from the store and one from Revain. My 9 year old daughter loves them but both headphones themselves failed. I assume it's the soldering. Also the strain relief on the fork side doesn't protect the fork very well. The ear pads are also easy to remove, but very difficult to put back on.

Three bad sentences in a row!

We are on set #3 which just stopped working. The first set was purchased on December 6th 2019 and lasted until June 9th 2020. The second set took less than three weeks until June 28th 2020. This time I was able to return them for a replacement but today this set just didn't work more. I want to like these headphones because our 10 year old loves them, they are comfortable and the sound quality is actually decent. Now that I've run out of another $20, I won't be buying another set that's now…

Surprisingly good headphones

Wife bought them for her daughter. Being a bit of an audiophile myself (husband here) I had to check them out. Well, I know you didn't buy them for their sound quality, but they have really good acoustic qualities - very clean mids and crisp highs, and they actually have decent bass (certainly not too much, keep your bass nectar away from those ). The only downside is that the "soundstage" on them isn't great - the sound doesn't sound like it's all around you - it's coming from two points on…
